Mr. Lee (born Lee Haggard) is DJ/Producer/House music rapper from Chicago, Illinois. He is well known among those in the Chicago house music scene as one of the pioneers who brought Hip-Hop to the genre, which would later be coined as Hip-House. He also helped to launch the career of R. Kelly.
